Cancellation Policy \u2014 Flaky Bakery<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>

To ensure the best service and the quality of our handcrafted products, we follow the cancellation policy below for all orders:<\/p>

Deposit and Order Confirmation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

All orders require a 50% deposit<\/strong> of the total amount for confirmation.<\/p>

The remaining balance must be paid by the time of delivery or pickup.<\/p>

Cancellations and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the delivery date:<\/strong>
Full refund (100%) of the amount paid, except for personalized items such as cake toppers.<\/p>

Cancellations made less than 10 days before the delivery date:<\/strong>
As the order will already be in production, the deposit will be retained and converted into store credit<\/strong> for future use.<\/p>

The deposit is non-refundable in cash<\/strong>.<\/p>

Personalized Items<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

Personalized items, such as cake toppers, name plaques, printed designs, and similar items, are non-refundable<\/strong>, regardless of the cancellation date.<\/p>

Date Changes<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

Date changes are subject to availability.<\/p>

If the requested new date is not available, the cancellation policy above will apply.<\/p>

All Flaky Bakery products are made to order, using fresh ingredients and advance production planning.<\/p>
